1. Products and use. Our products are for industrial and professional use only. Always follow the label, the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and the Technical Data Sheet (TDS). Test each product on a small, hidden area first; results vary by surface, paint and age of the graffiti.

2. Orders and pricing. Prices and availability can change without notice. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a price was listed in error; you'll get a full refund for anything you paid. Purchase orders and invoices follow the terms printed on the quote or invoice.

3. Shipping. Delivery dates are estimates. Some products are regulated for shipping and may need ground freight.

4. Returns. Contact us within [X] days of delivery about damaged or incorrect items. Opened products can't be returned unless they were defective. (fill in your return policy)

5. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, Envirotek is not responsible for damage from misuse, use against label directions, or use on surfaces not tested first. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
